Welcome !

ICISPC is an annual regular conference since 2017 and has been successfully held in Penang (2017), Kuala Lumpur (2018), Singapore (2019) and held as virtual conference (2020-2022), Kumamoto (2023), Fukuoka (2024), Osaka (2025) and Kobe (2026). 2027 11th International Conference on Imaging, Signal Processing and Communications (ICISPC 2027) will be held in Kobe, Japan during July 10-13, 2027. ICISPC conference concerns with "Imaging, Signal Processing and Communications", and it is sponsored by Ritsumeikan University, supported by Sojo University, Japan; Universiti Sains Malaysia; University of Hyogo, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, etc. It aims to bring together international academicians, scientists and industrialists for knowledge sharing, exchange of ideas, collaborations and presentation of their research outcomes in imaging, signal processing and communications fields.

Submission & Publication

Proceedings 

All accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be published into ICISPC 2027 conference proceedings, which will be submitted to be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, etc. 

Multiple Submission Policy

ICISPC will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under reviewing, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the reviewing period. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.

Submission Guideline

The official language is English. The submitted paper should be no less than 8 pages and please prepare carefully according to the conference template (Word) or conference template (Latex) . Welcome you to submit full paper or abstract by Electronic Submission System. (Click to Submit).


  • Abstract/ Presentation: Abstract submission required; oral presentation only; will not be published.

  • Full Paper/Publication: Full paper submission required; presentation required; will be published.

Conference Venue

ICISPC2027 plans to have conference in Kobe, Japan if the situation allows.
